Welcome to the Alliss Foundation
Throughout the UK and Ireland each year thousands of children are born with disabilities that severely affect their mobility, causing very real limits on their quality of life.
The Alliss Foundation was established in 1974 and our aim is to raise monies and to encourage golf clubs, societies, businesses and individuals to get involved in our events to provide funds for a chair in their name for a child near their local area.
Over successive years, The Alliss Foundation has provided in excess of 1,000 powered wheelchairs for children with disabilities around the UK.

Making a Difference
A Chair for Owen...

"I honestly can’t thank you, your son Adam and the Peter Alliss charity, enough for helping me make this happen.
It’s thanks to organisations like yours that Owen and others like him, can access such amazing and life-changing equipment. You’ve literally opened up the world for Owen and I cant begin to describe how much this means, not only to Owen but to our family as a whole."

Ella's Chair...

"Ella’s new chair funded by your charity is light weight and folding but has good back support for Ella, this has opened up a whole new world to Ella and us as a family, Ella can now go out shopping with her older sisters in their cars, we have been around London on and off trains and we are now planning to fly to Spain, all supported by the fact that Ella now has a flexible chair that gives her this freedom.”

Supporting Summer...

“It has been an absolute pleasure to be involved with the Peter Alliss Masters for just over 5 years. Back in 2017 we supported Summer with her first chair and it was a delight to see her again this year when we were able to present her with her second wheelchair and know what a huge difference this is going to make in her everyday life.”
